These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between the Company PEPITE SRL (hereinafter “We”) which publishes the website b2b.ooak.be and its client (hereinafter “You”).

These general conditions are applicable to all supplies made and all services that we offer, except for written exceptions agreed by the parties and without prejudice to any special conditions agreed by separate agreement. They take precedence over the customer's purchasing conditions which only bind us if we have accepted them in writing in express terms.

To be enforceable, a total or partial non-application of these general conditions must be explicitly and precisely mentioned in the order form. An explicit and precise special condition of the order form prevails over any contrary general condition.

Article 1 – Orders

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping and packaging costs.

All orders regardless of their origin are payable in euros, upon ordering.

We reserve the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of order registration.

The products remain our property as long as the price is not fully and finally paid.

Article 3 – Shipping and Delivery

The delivery times indicated on the site take into account the preparation, shipping and delivery time of the package. We do everything we can to ship your order within 3 days if we have everything in stock. For personalized orders, we allow a maximum of 2 weeks for production.

All orders are sent with Bpost and you can obtain a tracking number on request if you wish to track your order.

Article 4 – Customs duties

Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside a country of the European Union may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These possible customs duties and taxes linked to the delivery of an item are your responsibility and are your responsibility. Article 5 – Right of withdrawal and return

We grant you the possibility of benefiting from a period of 15 days to return the items to us without providing a reason.

The goods must be returned within the same time frame, in their original packaging, undamaged, accompanied by all their accessories, the user manual as well as a (copy) of the invoice/delivery note. For hygiene reasons, the return of underwear is not accepted.

The right of return cannot be exercised for unsealed bottles and consumables. Incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled goods will not be taken back.
